Intek Sapphire Green is a liquid fertilizer consisting exclusively of nitrogen (N) and sulfur (S). The product was developed to compensate for the increasing sulfur deficiencies in European soils.

Thanks to its high sulfur content, Intek Sapphire Green quickly provides an essential nutrient that is often a limiting factor for optimal plant growth and quality today.

Why administer sulfur?

The natural supply of sulfur to the soil has declined sharply in recent decades as a result of environmental legislation that has significantly reduced sulfur in transportation fuels (with significantly less sulfur in fossil fuels), industrial emissions, and atmospheric sulfur deposition.

Although these measures have led to improved air quality, they have also significantly reduced the natural supply of sulfur to the soil. Due to this decrease in atmospheric sulfur deposition, an increasing number of sports fields, golf courses, and high-quality turf surfaces are showing signs of a latent or visible sulfur deficiency. Sapphire Green was developed to specifically correct these deficiencies while optimizing nitrogen utilization, resulting in a stronger and more uniform turf.
